Introduction
Southland Valuation Inc. (SVI) is a commercial property appraisal firm based in Orange County, California.
SVI's current website features a dated design with a generic color palette and typography, leading to a lack of visual appeal and engagement. Its cluttered layout and outdated elements contribute to an overall lack of professionalism, undermining the firm's image and potentially deterring clients from seeking its services.

The main focus of this redesign project is on the event search feature - the most crucial user task. I aimed to make the process more straightforward. Below are the current task flow and proposed task flow.
From findings 3 and 4, I decided to replace the deck-building navigation item with an improved notifications system.

The current user interface of Bandai TCG+ has been described as outdated, messy, confusing, overwhelming, inconsistent, text-heavy. As such, I created a UI into one that is more modern and minimalistic.
